Testing & Quality
Can I test the parts before paying?▼
Yes! For all Kampala deliveries, we encourage you to inspect and test the components before completing payment. We even offer pro-installation for UGX 20,000 to ensure everything works perfectly.
How do you stress-test the GPUs?▼
Every graphics card runs through 4+ hours of FurMark and 3DMark benchmarks. We check temperatures, clock speeds, and VRAM stability. You'll see the actual benchmark results before buying.
What's the warranty period?▼
All products come with a 7-day warranty. If anything goes wrong within the first week, we'll replace or refund. Extended warranties available on request.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside Kampala?▼
Yes! We deliver to Entebbe, Wakiso, Mukono, and Jinja. Delivery is free within Kampala. Outer areas may have a small delivery fee.
How long does delivery take?▼
Same-day delivery for orders before 2PM in Kampala. Next-day delivery for surrounding areas. We'll send you tracking updates via WhatsApp.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?▼
Cash on delivery (COD) for Kampala orders. Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel), Bank Transfer, and PayPal for advance payments.
Can I pay after testing?▼
Absolutely! This is our core promise. Test the component, verify it works, then pay. No risks for you.
Returns
What if I'm not satisfied?▼
Simply WhatsApp us within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. No hassle, no arguments.
Do you offer refunds?▼
Yes, full refunds within 7 days if the product doesn't meet your expectations. We believe in zero-risk purchasing.
