By purchasing from GenuineTech UG, you agree to the following terms regarding warranties, testing, and returns.
1. Testing & Verification
All items (GPUs, PSUs, and builds) are stress-tested for a minimum of 4 hours before sale.
- We encourage all customers to test the product physically at our shop or upon delivery before making payment.
- Once paid for and taken, the customer acknowledges the physical condition of the item is satisfactory.
2. 7-Day Warranty Policy
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back or Replacement Warranty on all functional parts.
This warranty covers hardware failure that occurs during normal use.
The warranty is VOID if:
- The item shows signs of physical damage, burns, or liquid damage.
- The item was damaged due to a faulty power supply (PSU) or power surge.
- The warranty sticker/seal has been tampered with or removed.
- The item was used for mining or overclocking beyond safe limits.
3. Returns & Refunds
If a valid defect is found within 7 days, we will offer an exact replacement. If stock is unavailable, a full refund will be processed immediately via the original payment method.
4. Delivery & Payment
- We offer Pay on Delivery for Kampala, Entebbe, and Wakiso areas.
- Up-country orders must be paid for in advance before dispatch via courier.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
